Deanna Castello, a graduate of Cleveland State University holds both a Bachelors and Masters
Degree in Business Administration. Castello joined Proforma in 2003 as Manager of Marketing Services
where her primary role included the development, production and management of comprehensive marketing
programs to assist individual Proforma franchise Owners with the marketing functions of their businesses.
As Director of Marketing Services, she continues to develop and manage multi-level marketing programs
including the MBA Six Senses program, two-time ASI Spirit Award winner, and creative print programs,
consistently recognized with the distinction of the DMIAs PEAK Award for printing excellence. Under her advisement,
her creative team continues to produce award winning programs and was most recently honored with three InHouse Design Awards.
Prior to joining Proforma, Castello led the Marketing activities for University Hospital Health
System’s physician based practices throughout Northeast Ohio.
